The Semester is Over...Sort of!

          Well it has been a very long time since I wrote! It has been a hectic semester and I am finally passed it all, well most of it. I took two incompletes in my classes to finish over the break. It was just too much this semester with personal life to handle it all at once. I thought I was going to have a break down. Thankfully God blessed me with some great teachers who understand that life gets in the way when we least expect it to take so much control of our thoughts. Alls well that ends well. Now, fingers crossed I can make A's in my two classes left and bring my running total up to a miraculous 3 As! In other news...
          My family FINALLY has a home in Nashville. This takes so much stress off of them, thus stress off of me as well. It is so nice to see them settle in. I am home for Christmas with them, well sort of. I will be working everyday with the exception of Sunday and Christmas Day, so I hope to at least spend a little time with the family and bestest friend, Erica.
          I am very ready for a New Year and new start!

When homework calls...

I totally and completely avoid it! I mean I run in a totaly different direction! I am sitting in the Ed. Lab with the longest list of overdue and nearly due homework ever seen, and yet what am I doing? I am writing a blog, twittering, and facebooking! I am seriously the greatest slacker of ALL time...This has got to stop. I used to be so good at being on top of things( A very long time ago)! I must get on this homework because it will not do itself. Someday I'll be on top of life again! Now, let's just hope it's someday soon! hehe.

TRUTH...

There are so many things in this world which you can count on to be true. School will always teach(or claim to). Even the most loyal friends can make mistakes or change their mind, and there are never too many times in one day you can laugh. the color yellow can never represent anything sad or hurtful. Superheroes will always win in the end. People will always say and do stupid things for/out of love. There is nothing to be gained from cheating your way through life. All these things are true in this world.

However, A lesson I am quickly re-learning in life is God is nothing but the truth. The truest form of truth lies fully in the majesty of the Lord. God created the Heavens and the Earth. Man was formed from the dust of the ground and woman from a rib. Each animal and creature is different and unique to it's kind. The people of Israel became more vast in number than stars in the sky and grains of sand on the shore. Prophecies are fulfilled through the power of the Lord. A virgin gives birth to the son of man who saves the nations that have been, are present, and will come to being. Faith saves. Grace overflows without stopping. Prayers are always answered, even if they take forever and the answer isn't pleasant. God does not ignore His people. God loves. Love is truth. So, because of all this I have decided something.

There are a lot of things true in this world; there is nothing BUT truth in the Lord.

SO I don't have much time to write but I think it's time for a new start. It's been a while since I have written on here and I am ready to start back, as well as start fresh in lots of areas, so that is my game plan...A fresh start all around!

School's Out!

I am still in the mood for bullets...I promise one day I will write an actual blog. hehe.
School is done and this is what has gone down...

• Isabella is walking
• Dead week drained me hard core
• 2 football players were killed and T Hollis was 1 of them...
• I am really gonna miss his bear hugs
• I need to change subjects this is sad.

• Formal was good...
• I went to PCB wit Charlie Ray and his friends the weekend before FINALS
• That is never a good idea but, SO FUN!
• I pretty much love the beach...
• I made 2 (count that) 2 A's in BOTH of my Dr. Bailey classes( I was stoked)
• My finals sucked...lots
• I LOVE my friends. end of story.
• I went to a candle lighting Wednesday night...oh.
• My older brother is engaged. (Yep. Ashley that's right. ring on her finger!)
• I will be moving into my best friend's house for the summer on SUNDAY!!!

There has been a lot happen and these are just a couple of the main events.

• Spring Break was a tough week, but there was some fun mixed in
• I shot a 22 and it was great
• My family in 4102 is amazing
• I am up to my eyes in homework and work
• I am worried Admissions hates me...officially.
• Isabella( the baby I keep) is SUPER close to walking!
• School is nearly over
• I have now fully realized I am not a resident of Tennessee but will not accept it until both my license and plate are ALABAMA...ugh.
• I read Sense and Sensibility and LIKED it...alot!
• I really miss my best friend back home.
• MY little brother is great
• My older brother got me a present( I kno! How crazy!) for my birthday
• previously mentioned was from China.
• I am now 21... but I did not have a birthday this year.
• My daddy is a very fly person
• Crestview Florida is pretty fly...
• I went to Catholic church...the priest had a lisp(like Princess Bride!!! so great.)
• Charlie got sick and left for a week
• I missed him( part of my family)
• He came back and now the family is whole again
• I DO NOT TURN THE MUSIC UP in my apt.
• reoccurring dreams...suck.

Ok...there is so much more that has happened over the past couple weeks but this is outta hand long.

My life in 4102...

So my life these days is pretty good. I was very blessed this semester at school! I am so glad I made the decision to move to apt 4102! My 2 roommates are AMAZIN and I love them. See, we have wha we like to call our "lil family".
First there is Kandace! She is absolutely hysterical! She makes us laugh when we need it the most it seems! She and I met through our club(Phine Lambda!!!)! Her laugh is intoxicatin! hehe. She is always dancin with the music blastin!
If she was a boy, she would be Bobby(one of the 2 men in our lil fam)!!! He is fun and Super hyper and we all adore him! He is my "reading" buddy.(We are both great at reading people and enjoy the fact we kno wha someone is thinkin or feeling, even how they will react to something! It is so entertaining to have this in common with him!) This kid just loves to dance all the time and to any music! If it makes noise he will dance! hehe. He is a freshie and plays football here at school!
My 2nd roomie is Leslie! Ah...I love this girl. She is great. She is the one I can just talk about anythin around. She never hides her opinion when I ask for it and I love an honest friend. They are the best way to improve and find out more about yourself! Leslie is so much fun to be around and will always be funny to me! She makes me laugh so hard; even if she doesn't mean to! hehe. Leslie does not let anyone get in the way of her fun by any means!
The last member of our lil family is Charles. He came to our apt through knowin Kandace and has never really left! hehe. He brought us Bobby after we wondered(wit good reason) if he was ashamed of our family! hehe. A man of many names ( charles-kandace. char-leslie. charlie ray-me!) he plays football also here! He is great to have around! Though, to be honest, I am only his friend because of his truck! hehe. JK. (I do ADORE that truck though)
We all bring something different to the table. Kandace and Bobby are our wild children and we love it! Charlie Ray and I are more the caretakers. We like to sit back and watch(there's alot of laughin too)! Leslie is our lil go between in ALOT of aspects! Oh IDK wha we'd do witout her alot of the time!
Well the stories of my wonderful lil family are many!!! hehe. I will keep updatin on the crazy lil family I am so blessed with!

Well I thought I would re-cap on where i've been.
I have a very complicated family! hehe. But that's been a HUGE part of my life. I had to grow up quicker than most little girls but I can't regret what I can't help. It's molded me into a stronger person and I have watched God work in so many ways through my life.
I was homeschooled alot of my life and don't fit into any of the stereotypical molds people have in their head. My family was able to be a fostering family for over 7 years, so I always had babies in the house and even though it got loud and I lost some sleep, it was sooo worth it. I also became a daily babysitter for 2 precious girls. Their family later adopted 1 of our foster kids and now they have a happy lil brother! They made such an impact on my life early on and continue to influence my views on life. I made some very good friends through my high school years and even though 1 got very mad at me for my decision (read on) he's still there for me(i think...) and I count him as one of my closest. I met Kayla my last year homeschooling and that girl keeps me grounded. I really have no clue where I would be without her...seriously. I met so many great people and try so hard to keep in touch(it's so stinkin hard, but worth it).
My senior year I went to school!(i'm crazy...I kno! hehe.) I got to just chill and have some fun! It was so worth it and I still have some great friendships to remind me of that.

College has been my life for going on 3 years now! I went AWAY to college and my older bro bro followed. I am a member of Phi Lambda! First, as an honorary freshman year and went through pledging my sophomore year. Those girls keep me stable(hehe)! I love them. end of story. really. My school isn't HUGE and I like it that way. I love my job(working as a student
ambassador for Admissions/ Tour Coordinator).I have been working there since freshman year and have met some pretty...interesting peoples! I found an amazing campus ministry which has pushed me to know my views and beliefs, and I love them for it. I met some amazing people who have moved on but still influence my decisions and I still value their opinion to this day ( Lal, Jenna Carrie, Kykle). I have some great allies there. I had been hurt by friends and family in the past and my sophomore year found myself to be a colder less loving version of myself. In one last attempt to give people a chance, I went out on a limb and became friends with a girl who challenged me to love unconditionally and still reminds me people are human but when you love a friend the hurt is never intentional.
Well that pretty much puts me to this past year. There's a lot in between all this, but I am really tired of typing and do I really have to reveal all?!?
